Certainly change the oil once per year. If you are going to only drive it 200 miles a year, put some fuel stabilizer in the tank to prevent the fuel from rotting out your fuel system or at least drive it 50 miles a month to "blow out the cobs".
Good call, i would opt to fill the gas tank up and stabilize it with a can of seafoam instead of just sta-bil.
