I couldn't find a thread on that but I did an injector upgrade a few weeks ago and it's a breeze. Here a link to the service manual that'll help:

Fuel rail removal and installation is on section 14, page 19 (overall page 2312)

Fuel injector removal and installation is on section 14, page 33 (2326).

I'd add, to make the installation of the injectors a little easier, put a little WD40 on the sealing rings before pushing them into the manifold.

Don't forget the rags!!!!!!
