I have requested to have a photographer to be present at the lodge on Saturday morning @ 8:30am to take a group photo on the lawn.
Erzer (Eric) has the details as to where this area is and has gotten permission from Fontana Lodge to park for a group photo.
They will also take random photos of our cars with the beauty of the Fontana Lodge grounds in the background.
The plan is to then proceed from the lodge to the "Fontana Dam" for a second gathering but for a shorter amount of time than in the past.
We can then form groups with leaders and head out for the various daily runs.
Some of the new folks attending can enjoy seeing the Dam for the first time and others can enjoy being back.
A meeting will be held for ALL DRIVERS in the lobby at the lodge around 9pm on Friday night to discuss routes, introduce this years group leaders and allow newbies to this event to be introduced and recognized.
I promise to stay sober until after the meeting
