If your car can be down for a bit, I would gladly take on the gauge cluster color change. The center stack buttons are a bit more difficult, and I have no experience with those. I can disassemble/reassemble the cluster in mere minutes, though.
I will be using the method that Jody (MMZ Timelord) implemented.
I will not mess with the programming or inner workings of the cluster. Bulb swap and green tint removal only.
I can return the unit to you completely assembled, and all you have to do is plug it in. It goes without saying that I assume no liability for the cluster, and this is an elective mod. But with the mods being 100% cosmetic, there should be no issue with the cluster at all.
