^^^ All the info you need is in this thread. As for where you get the parts from, you can try ebay but you will likely be waiting much longer to get all the parts, and condition of the parts can vary.

For roughly the price of a Needswings single, you can get all of the parts to create the Benz intake (excluding 74mm TB and MAF) and you can have a very nice looking (and breathing) setup.
