I suggest deciding what you feel comfortable spending and just tell them that is all you can and will spend and if it doesn't work for them, find another. They need to sell this car more than you need or want it, I assure you. It has been sitting there since July on their lot based on the Carfax.

Another tip- they aren't good at negotiating remotely because they don't have the control factor they have in a dealership where you have invested your physical presence.

With that mileage, it looks like it was passed from owner to owner as a true luxury sometimes-driven vehicle. Getting on in mint condition with 25-35K miles wouldn't be much different if you can reduce cost there too.
