If you'd like another reference point, I purchased my Roadster from a Chrysler Dealer, It's a 2007.
It had 12k miles on it, and came with the Powertrain Warranty (written on the Bill of Sale), and four (4) new tires (Conti's).
It was mint inside and out, and I paid $18.5.
And I'm driving it like I stole it...
Don't get too hung up on price, but in the scheme of things, it always matters.
If the car meets all of your criteria, go for it...
