It took 2 weeks because my top had to be removed and mailed to GAHH in California because they re-use the parts for the new top and mailed it back to TX. 1 year later that window fell out of the new top! But GAHH covered that under their warranty. A week and a half ago I received the letter from Chrysler telling me my top may be covered under the X31 reimbursement and I sent in my receipt online. Today I got a check in the mail from Chrysler for $2300! So HAPPY right now!
Wow, the Gahh window fell out too? It looked like a much better seal than original. They do have a lifetime warranty so it's nice to know they made good on it. I was about to pull the trigger on a Gahh top when earlier this year Chrysler refused to fix my window. I've been fixing it with the 3M seal and waiting for the weather to change before putting up the x-fire for the 2-3 weeks needed to get the Gahh top. Now I have the letter so I will let Chrysler fit it for me - and hopefully get a rental car if it takes more than 1 day.
