My husband came back from China and asked me about the car and I told him what i was doing and showed him my letters here. He went to the shop to pick up the car the following thursday and they told him that Javier no longer worked their. I had Javier's business card but no cell phone or E-Mail address. My husband and I tried to contact him but no luck, and they wouldn't give us his home info. Macco told us that Javier said it was a side project he was working on, and they didn't have a work order for it. My husband is really upset, and I'm pretty much house bound since I can't drive his Z4 right now. I'm really hoping he gets done with the vents soon and delivers the car. My husband wanted to call a police reporter but gave up and told me I could handle it. How long should it take to do the work? It's been like 5 weeks now.
Wow, Barbie. This doesn't sound good at all. The work should take two days, tops, with repainting if necessary. And by the way, you shouldn't even been having this work done ... we've all been just pulling your leg. Portholes?

An important question, tho, and it's not clear in your post, but where the hell is your car right now?
