Only thing you must know... There is another car that was created from the merger. The Pacifica is also more Benz than Chrysler. But I doubt that will ever become a classic. Even some of th previous model jeep grand Cherokees share some parts with Benz. But in your defense... I think the crossfire is the closest cousin to a Benz that you will ever find... And that is why I think it will be remembered by car fanatics.
Yes, those models were join ventures with MB, but not at the same level as the Crossfire. The Crossfire is all Benz, and made at the same plant in Germany.
