I think Doc brings up some very good points about bigger signage (I say lighted as well) and notices about fines. I also agree they need to make sure if they make a mistake they have the ability to turn around in multiple areas to include the final warning.

Anyway, this wasn't posted against truckers, one of my relatives is one. But I do believe this is the benefit of the truckers as well.
