I drove with the Contis on my OEM wheels for several thousand miles before I had the Contis RE-mounted on my Mandrus wheels. They told me that they rotated the tires so that they had swapped sides.
The tread blocks have the same angle of attack regardless of which direction they're rolled. The Vredestein tires are the same way.
