OE-Discount doesn't stock any of the parts, they all come from the manufacturer's PDCs. Looks at the pick labels when you receive the parts.
OE-Discount is based out of NC, but the parts I received last week have a Jacksonville PDC pick label.
OED has to pay the centers what they have in the part. Since the MB parts were only purchased once, the base price can be lower.
You're right of course, practically the only list that cross references the numbers is in Chrysler's hands and they ain't telling.
