I agree. I always use full strength. When flushing a system, it is nearly impossible to get all the water out of the engine block, radiator, heater core, etc... So using 50/50 to fill after a flush, will get you short on antifreeze. So the manual says 11.8 qts capacity on the coolant system. So I will add 6 qts (1.5 gal) to the empty system then top off with water. After a day or two of driving, I will check the freeze temp for a piece of mind.
