I promised to report back so here goes. I bought this roadster from ABC Nissan in Phoenix. 3 weeks and 700+ miles after taking delivery I realized the clutch was slipping. Took it back to ABC and here is the outcome:

6 Calendar day turnaround
Rental car
New clutch, throwout bearing, pilot bearing, and slave cylinder

Total cost = $0.00

Not only did ABC Nissan take the total hit on this but they couldn't have been any friendlier, helpful, and courteous if they had tried. I probably paid more for the car then if I had bought it from a private party but if you're dealing with a standup dealer like ABC it's worth every penny.
