Point system in IN...is such the BMV gets a report from the court. It isn't about money here. Your drivers license number is tracked.

I might add this since we are on license and citations. I hold a CDL, which makes me a living driving now. That is a Federal Drivers License, so I can not afford any points on that bad boy, or it can affect my income. Insurance carriers for the fleet trucks, don't like points, and will reward you with a rate hike, or cancel your butt if too many. Then you don't truck at all. Just sayin'... I watch where I play now...
