Well, I have had great success with Turtle Wax Bug & Tar remover. You can find it in almost any grocery store and Wal-Mart. It is in a white tin can. Along with this, buy a bug sponge, which is yellow and has a white netting on top of the sponge. The only problem with this stuff is that it will strip wax away, so reapply wax when you are done removing the bugs. Some suggestions for removing bugs and tar from your car include:
-soak the bugs w/water to get them soft.
-gently scrub bug sponge (w/ bug & tar remover on it) onto bug.
-keep on scrubbing gently until the bug is removed.
-(VERY IMPORTANT STEP!) remove residue from bug & tar remover with car soap and water.
-dry surface.
-apply wax.
-enjoy your bug-free finish.
