TBurris, that is why I inquired further. I know 2 people in this thread believe it to be one way, but you are the only one with a policy in your hand, and that has quite a bit more bearing than talking to someone for a few minutes on the phone. The fact that you have gone through an accident under the exact circumstances they describe as being 'not covered' and you were 100% covered is the nail in the coffin...
