I went to the local Chrysler dealer to have my VIN checked. My car is not covered.
My car was sold new in Minneapolis where I bought it used at the same dealer who originally sold it.

If you look through this thread you'll find it has nothing to do with you having previously purchased an extended warranty. The eligibility is based on where the car was originally delivered. Minnesota was not one of the included states. The only states included were southern coastal states.
