Well my salesman tells me after I buy my Crossfire I will be getting a Chrysler survey in the mail. He wants me to come in with it so he can help me fill it out because he's in a "contest". For my cooperation he said he will give me a car cleaning kit. So it seems this dealer buys or bribes to get and maintain it's 5 Star rating...

I'd rather do an honest survey than get a car cleaning kit.

Maybe for a free oil change...
