I am considering reinstalling the resonator and would not recommend this mod when combined with removed rear cats.
You would need another tune to compensate for the modified exhaust. I also had rear cats & resonator removed, and also added the Magnaflow. Couldn't stand the drone and replaced the Maganflow with the stock muffler. I get some drone, but it is bearable now compared to the magnaflow.
