How bad's the dent? I was able to remove a quite substantial dent from my driver's door using a local Paintless Dent Repair shop and it turned out perfect. Sadly I don't have "before" pictures for you, but PDR is definitely something you should look into. They didn't have to drill any holes or anything in my door.
