not been met. Please accept our apology for the problems you have
experienced.

The (X31) - Extended Warranty - Back Glass Warranty applies only to 2005
Chrysler Crossfire Roadster Convertibles shipped to dealers in the
following states:
Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, Florida, Missouri, Tennessee,
Georgia, North Carolina Texas.

Your vehicle was shipped and sold to California and therefore this
warranty does not apply to you. We apologize for any inconvenience you
have experienced. [/I

They still did not answer why some vehicles get a 10 year warranty and others much less.
