Could such an animal be created? That would be a genius idea -- like a pass-through M12 bolt on stainless braided line, capped at the end and roughly 2' long. Secure it near the R/H shock tower, and simply drive the car on ramps, pop the hood, remove the cap, and drop the line to the oil pan.
