A used car like this from a private individual is one thing, when you can talk to the owner and review the history. But it's another thing to buy a car like this from a dealer who is generally trying to make money from the sale. It doesn't look like there'd be much in it for him, if anything. He's trying to unload this one and there must be a reason for it.
If you buy it you can expect to find problems in the near future that will cost money. Take it to an independent mechanic and see if it burns oil, check the compression, look at the brakes - everything. Spend a hundred bucks on that and make sure that you know what you're getting
Yeah, I am expecting something to be wrong with this car at this price. I just hope it's not something like a blown head gasket. If I lived near by, then I could check it out for myself. I would feel better if this was a private owner instead of a used car stealership. The problem is that this car is becoming more rare than our Crossfires and the average price is about 2500-4000. Finding un molested turbos are even harder to find. If any one comes across a Eagle Talon years 92-94 turbo or non turbo, please let me know.
