They still did not answer why some vehicles get a 10 year warranty and others much less.

This is the response that I received yesterday, Saturday 10/22/11

Thank you for contacting the Chrysler Customer Assistance Center with
your email response.

We understand your frustration in having to pay to have repairs done the
back glass on your vehicle.

However, the Warranty Extension (X31) applies only to 2005 Chrysler
Crossfire Roadster Convertibles shipped to dealers in the following
states: Alabama, Louisiana, South Carolina, Florida, Missouri,
Tennessee,Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas.

According to our records, your vehicle was shipped to the State of
Pennsylvania, therefore, it was not included in the Extended Warranty.

Any future communication related to this issue will be retained in
corporate records.

We're sorry we could not further assist you with your request.

Thanks again for your email.

This is total BS!! First they tell me that my car isn't covered because it was manufactured in December of 2004 and now because it was shipped to Pennsylvania. Why should it matter where it was shipped, it's been a Florida car for the last 5 years. I am not going to let up on this because ALL Chrysler owners should be covered, no matter where it originated from. Total CRAP!!
