All any of us can do that have been denied is to stay vigilant. My '05 was shipped to Pennsylvania in '05, but has been registered in the state of Florida since December 2006. It's a Florida car that has been adversely affected by the climate of the designated "Southern States" that are being included in this warranty extension. Good luck to us all!
