Gosh, and here I thought Bell Labs developed a primitive transistor, lost interest and let the Japanese run with it and they managed to miniaturize it and the rest, as they say, is history. When did you get your first transistor radio? I got mine in about 1957 when all Japanese products were thought to be cheap junk. As I held this fascinating gizmo thing in my hands, little did I know that beating in its heart was a transistor that would replace vacuum tubes and miles of wiring and start the age of technology.
Aliens had nothing to do with it. Or the Pyramids. Or the tribal ground markings in South America or crop circles anywhere on the planet.
I have to stick up for the Earthlings who actually did the research and work. Thomas Edison wasn't an alien and Alexander Graham Bell wasn't an alien. Charles Lindburg wasn't and either was John Wayne.
They were ordinary Americans with extraordinary talents. Celebrate them! You don't have to give credit to a freaky alien conspiracy no one can look at or touch or read up about. It was people, your neighbors, your friends. No superhuman, comic book characters and secret societies involved.
