+1 on this, especially the hint to put towels down on the floor to catch all of the crap falling out. I was able to do it w/out any issues, and I'm 6'1", 265#, and had a cast on my right leg at the time.
One question I never thought to ask is "Why is there a large piece of styrofoam under the passenger floormat?"
