2 things could be happening, but need more info. If it is just that little throttle hesitation you don't like, then a "sprint booster" sold by one of our forum members would take care of that. Aren't cheap. SRT SIX is the forum member you need to talk to. The other problem could be the inner cooler pump. This can cause a lack of power, or intermittant power loses.
