It was just the opposite. I had already told them I didn't get a code when I pulled a different trailer...They just don't listen to those who drive the vehicle day in and day out...The ECU's in both the tractor and the trailer were fine. They were l sending a code that something was wrong. Idiots, I'm telling you...
I KNOW---I worked so hard to find THE PROBLEM at my repair centers---Throwing parts can get expensive in a quickness---and NOT fix the problem---My motto was "Test not Guess"---The problem was Alldata would tell me with "replace with good known part"---Well, my suppliers would not take electrical returns if used (for good reason)---What I NEEDED was the testing procedure on the "bad" part not just to "replace" that part---We had scopes and meters---We knew had to use them---But we did NOT have the values---We would find them, but that took forever sometimes---Plus it was work and today they do not want to do the extra work---And God forbid "think"---ALSO, did not see the "out of country" part of the post!!!! Good luck---I would BET and BET BIG that it is NOT the ECM.
