Are you sure it is de-restricted as 162 is the max restricted speed on the SRT ?

As far as I am aware it was as it was done by the Chrysler dealership that owned the car for the first 5 years of its life.
she is def de-restricted, she was still eccelerating and she has topped 170 on one previous occasion. As for stability, spot on
