I would've guessed a slight leak somewhere but if the supercharger was replaced by a dealer already they had to remove and reinstall, most likely, every part that could be leaking. Mine will hesitate, hiccup at around 1800 rpms when I have a leak. The car still runs great until whatever is leaking is almost falling off and then it throws a code pertaining to the idle speed.
