I used to be an avid user of Mequiars and now have switched to Griots, so I can speak to this. First off the Griots is easy to apply, both in application and removal. I use Griots "Best of Show" which is carnauba (23% content), Griots Carnauba Wax which is a hard paste (33% content) and also their new Paint Sealant which is synthetic. I can say this for sure, the Paint Sealant is VERY easy to apply/remove, just like the NXT is. I love the NXT, everything about it, but I've just switched to Griots in the past 1 1/2 years. Everything I've used from Griots is awesome and if you have any questions about anything else in particular, drop me a PM. BTW, the Speedshine is very comparable to Quick Detailer but with Speed Shine, you can buy it in bulk and that saves you money. BTW, if you buy the Speed Shine in the gallon size, make sure you buy the gallon pump head, its makes filling up the bottles alot easier
