I am interested in having my 2 lows and 2 fogs switched to HID. Do I simply purchase two of these kits (1) with H7 (low) bulbs and (1) with 9006 (fog) bulbs? (There are 2 other lights on the sides of the lows, like in the upper corners; I am not sure what they are called but do they need to be HID as well or are they fine as stock)

~ you will need a kit for each set of lights (low, high and fogs)... 3 kits total.

Also, I am having trouble deciding between the 5000k and the 6000k. My crossfire is Alabaster (White) so I am inclined to have my HID lights "white" as opposed to "blue-ish" I have heard that the 5000k is the BRIGHTEST but how bright? Is the 6000k a better option so I don't have to worry about blinding opposing traffic?

~ i would highly recommend a 4000 or 5000k kit for optimal lighting and oem hid appearance... i had them in my crossfire and the higher the number the bluer they are... and less light that distributes to the roadway. most stock bmw hids are about 4200k.

By the way, the plastic headlight covers seem to look really.....yucky. Like there seems to be some sort of condensation line on the inside of it. I have used one of those restoration kits and it did okay for the outside but that like is still there which I assume is on the inside. Is this something that can be cleaned or will I need to buy new ones?

~ some have ventured into taking apart the lenses to clean the inside but they are a real nightmare to remove (bumper must come off ect.). i would purchase a quality lens film remover with a buffing pad used with a drill to obtain quality results from the exterior side.
