Default Installed Blue Top Shift Solonoids Today!

I had to replace the conductor plate in my trans because the speed sensor which is a part of it was going bad. To change the conductor plate you have to remove the valve body. I decided if I was going to go to this much trouble I might as well try the blue top solonoids. While I was at it I also changed the electrical socket tht causes the infamous leak. Because I have 92,000 miles on the trans, I decided to got with Valvoline Maxlife Synthetic.ATF.

We the car now shifts great! It shift faster and firmer.I had heard someone say the down shifts were too firm but I don't believe so. I am very pleased with how it shifts and I would say if shifts very much like my friends 2010 Corvette. If you don't want to feel your car shifting or want pure silky smooth, this is not for you. The best way to describe the shifting is like shifting a manual Crossfire quickly but very smoothly.
