Well, I think reading your post this morning jinxed me......I was just on I-70 cruising along below the speed limit & passed a HP that had someone stopped on the side of the road. As I passed "SHE" turned on her lights & pulled me over......"failure to yield".......I guess it's a law that in that situation you have to actually get over to the next lane....I usually do if it's safe to do so.
