DDMtuning.com has high quality HID's. (I have purchased 3 sets from them)

$50 for 2 bulbs (choice of color), and two ballasts.

Though I just ordered a 55w slim ballast kit and it took almost 3 weeks to get to me (shipped CHINA post -___- )

Not sure if the 35w ones ship from their store (California), or from China, but it's a great product (and inexpensive), provided you don't mind waiting for shipping!

I would recommend 5000k bulbs for 35w, and 6000k for 55w (I have 6000k and they're extremely bright white).
