This ole' cop is holding his tongue on this one. If the officer added the reckless charge to the speeding violation, that is going to hurt. Might want to consider an atty to get the reckless off there...and pay the speeding fine...just a suggestion.
I might add, in IN, you must slow to 45mph or move over for an emergency vehicle on the side of the road...
