Chris...the citation is discretionary...it is her call on whether she thought you slowed enough...Here in Indiana, you must slow to 45 mph if you can't get over. You can fight it in court since it is discretionary, but you had better have a clean record just in case you get the wrong judge. She must have seen something she didn't like, most won't do anything unless you are moving too fast or too close...good luck either way...Me, I am old school, if you got too close to me, I would have thrown something at your car...lol
Oh, and small mistakes on the citation usually won't have any affect on the citation....
