Well, here's my take on it. Busy interstate, heavy traffic, I would guess the speed limit is 65? She's on the side of the road, with a traffic stop, you go by, she is in her car? I am assuming some things here, but I don't think this warranted a citation...maybe if it is "beef" with her, an *** chewing would be in order. When I was still on the road, and found myself in these situations, I tried to be on the far side of the car, away from traffic, if I am getting back into my car, and some nut case comes by me, not slowing down, not trying to move over, I would go after them...that was a rare case... She was looking for something, and I can't say what. Unless she was out of the vehicle along the roadside, I can't see why she would site you...now if you were speeding, I could see that....I would fight this one...but that video won't help you.
