Stick with these bulbs for your high beams and replace only the low beams with HID. HID (=Xenon) take a moment to fire up and don't take kindly to lots of on-off activity. That's why Audi (I have one) and other German makes either use Xenon for low and a high light output bulb like the Sylvanias for high beam, or use bi-Xenon which is a moving metal shield that shapes the Xenon beam differently for low or high beam.
