I'd put it on a lift, and remove the oil splash pan cover.

If you see old caked oil on bottom of the pan, or look up at underside side of engine, and see oil, it can be those pesky Valve Covers.

When mine were leaking, never saw oil on garage floor, but it was in the pan and on engine bottom.

I never had to add oil, with or without the Cover leak...
