I couldn't really find a suitable spot on the engine , I had thought about the location of the rubber bushing (for lack of a better word) that help hold the stock enjine cover down , but decied to run it back to the firewall. this was a fairly easy and clean install and is well out of the way of the belt if the belt where to break or come off it would not effect the fitting . pull the fan and belt and your there.
