Before I sorted out most of my problems I had the bucking bronco symptom also.

You say that the hesitation is when your at 3000 and then open it up. If you accelorate dog slow can you go to 5000 with out issue (s) ??

I suspect that you have a manifold leak before the supercharger, like at the TB base. Start car and use a hose to probe around the TB assy listening to the sounds, do you detect a leak sound, also check at the wye pipe for leakage at the IAT sensor which is on top of the wye.
