Its the cats. Mine is still doing it after 12,000 miles. Took it to a muffler shop and they suggested taking the cat out and putting it in an oven to bake it. I will probably have the dealer look at it on my next visit. I got my car in Aug 2003 but don't drive it much. I have tried different gas companies 93 oct with no results.
