FSS finally reset. Really a matter of technique when double pressing the **** the first time with the key in the RUN/ENGINE OFF position. I'd say it needs to be done in 2-3 seconds, instead of the 1 second stated in the procedure. Once I 'slowed down' the double press, it reset without any hiccups.
