the best way to check that gasket is to take it off so you and pull on the two plates.....or at least take the TB off.... 4 screws... then you can clean it and glue gasket if you like.....you can also clean the TB while you have it off.

You can buy a new gasket from Chrysler dealer for ~$8 though....
