Mine has always worked per the manual. I thought that Dave may have changed the normal operation during his repair. Actually, I would like the seat to adjust with the door closed and the ign off. It probably would be an easy mod, but to much trouble for me to tear into it! Maybe some day, if I need to get under the dash for something else?
