Default Re: engine runs rough, loses power

the throttle reset is pretty simple to do, so here goes. Turn the key to the ON position. Just ON, don't start it. Now press the throttle all the way to the floor board. Hold the throttle down for a count of 5, now keep holding the throttle down, and turn the key OFF. Now, let the throttle off. Give it a few seconds to do it's reset. This doesn't always work the first time. Kind of like resetting the oil change indicator. LOL...PITA... The throttle by wire has a sensor as well, and well as the throttle itself. I had the rubber cover run up the post on mine, caused it to stick one day. Others have had the floor mat get tangled up causing the throttle to stick. Make sure all is well with the throttle peddle itself. Not bent to one side, or the rubber cover distorted. At least worth a try, and it does need to be reset from time to time. The car's memory will affect performance. Good luck
